This set of 1:1, 2:1 or up to 4:1 training sessions is specifically designed to work the whole body in preparation for the ski season or ski holiday.

A set of these training sessions aims to guide and support you in the correct way to improve, strengthen and be ski fit.

This package includes personalised coaching with regular reviews. If you haven’t trained with me before you will need an initial consultation prior to starting this programme.
