Complement your training regime with some 1:1, 2:1 or small group personal coaching. Single sessions available at a time to suit you and offers on blocks of 10. These sessions will boost motivation, provide guidance and challenge you.

Get in the zone with this package, both physically and mentally, the aim is to increase calorie burn whilst improving your overall fitness levels.

We also have the At Home Family Fitness package, our aim is to provide sessions designed to get the most out of both children and adults. It could be more cardio based, strength building or agility work, we can work together to progress over the weeks.

– Please provide your health and fitness markers in the supplied screening form, this info will be required prior to commencing any of the packages.

– When purchasing 10 sessions you also receive a free initial consultation or review.

– Location: within 10 miles of Fernhurst unless otherwise agreed.

– Use these sessions weekly, twice-weekly or as you wish, subject to availability.

– These are outdoor sessions, equipment will be cleaned before and after use but feel free to use your own.

– AB Fitness holds a Youth Fitness Specialist Qualification so the most appropriate exercises can be applied to your family workouts.
